Before allocating any staff to placements, it is crucial that they produce evidence of completion of a Food Handler’s Certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol License (where the job requires service of alcohol). We are unable to send you on a placement until copies of these certificates are provided.

There are a number of training providers located in inner-city Melbourne who offer RSA and Food Handler’s courses. In addition, training is available in Silver Service Waiting and Barista Coffee Courses, should you wish to invest in training prior to registering employment.

Most of these courses range in price from $50.00 to $200.00 and are offered on either weekdays, evenings or weekends.
